we are a growing business here in deming NM. the co-owners have over 20 years in the restaurant biz. with the knowledge and skills to make the best barbecue around, owners of the famous "smokeys" BBQ they decided to expand their horizons and now own dry gulch ghost town. where its not just Barbecue anymore, with their secret sauces dry rubs and smoking techniques, they are gaining notoriety daily as the best barbecue in new mexico and hopefully soon the world! 

the secret to great bbq is attention to quality, every brisket is hand selected,  dry rubbed and slow smoked forup to 14 hours at a time, there are no shortcuts ever. and the quality shows.

being a business of family and friends there is a close relationship with the community. and local vendors,  there is nothing like what we have here in deming, its a special place where you can bring the whole family, and there is a little bit of everything for all age groups, from playing checkers, pool, paintball,to running the obstacle course or playing cowboy golf , or throwing horseshoes on our regulation size course.  we go out of our way to make sure everyone feels welcome here.
